Senior UX/UI Designer

Workflow & e-signature platform design for gov't

From December 2021 to the present, I have led the end-to-end design of an electronic flow and signature automation platform used by public organizations.

I transformed complex governmental forms into modern, accessible, and intuitive digital experiences, supporting the modernization of legacy systems and operational efficiency improvement. Implemented WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and worked closely with Product Managers and multidisciplinary
development teams.

• Design of a form creation tool (not individual forms).

• UX/UI design for complex flows with conditional logic.

• Electronic signature experiences and approval processes.

• Integration with existing systems of public organizations.
