Workflow & e-signature platform design for gov't

From June 2012 to August 2020, I designed UX/UI experiences for administrative software that allowed for the creation of complex web and mobile forms based on conditional logic. Additionally, I designed and optimized interfaces for vehicle tracking and IoT applications on iOS and Android mobile devices.

Managed the complete digital cycle: wireframes, prototypes, front-end development, and maintenance.
Designed promotional resources and explanatory video content to promote product adoption.
