1.The Challenge

Redesigned the website for Nero Martinez, a Buenos Aires real estate agency specializing in property sales and rentals across premium neighborhoods. The project established a professional online presence with property catalog and contact system.

The existing website had extremely low traffic and was nearly invisible to potential clients. There was no contact form or lead capture mechanism. The site did not reflect the premium quality of properties in Buenos Aires neighborhoods like Belgrano, Palermo, Recoleta, Caballito, and Núñez. The project required competitive analysis of the Buenos Aires real estate market and integration with multiple listing portals including Inmuebles Clarín, GoPlaceIt, and MercadoLibre.

2.Research

We conducted a competitive analysis of Buenos Aires real estate agency websites and market positioning. Market research on real estate web trends and user expectations in Argentina informed our design decisions. Portal benchmarking reviewed listings on Inmuebles Clarín, GoPlaceIt, MercadoLibre, and other platforms. Content strategy work developed property presentation standards and photography guidelines.

3.Solution

We designed a homepage featuring a Buenos Aires city video with a gold and dark green color palette that conveys trust and premium quality. The property catalog includes filters by neighborhood, price, and type. The contact form is accessible with WhatsApp integration for instant communication. WordPress + Elementor enables easy content updates, and the site integrates with 8+ real estate portals for maximum visibility.
