1.The Challenge
Designed a task management system to coordinate commercial teams across multiple locations for one of Argentina's largest food companies. The dashboard centralizes performance metrics, real-time visit tracking, and analytics for decision-making.
The company needed to control product exposure in stores through field visitors who reported data from remote locations with limited connectivity. The existing process was scattered across Excel, email, and WhatsApp, with no central source of truth. Manual reports took hours to compile, and managers had no real-time visibility of visitor routes or status. The solution required both a web dashboard for administration and a mobile app with offline capability for field work.
2.Research
We conducted 12 semi-structured interviews with field visitors, merchants, and regional managers to understand their daily workflows and pain points. Eight usability testing sessions with interactive Figma prototypes helped us validate key flows. Journey mapping revealed critical friction points from route assignment to report submission, and quantitative analysis of existing workflows identified time waste and inefficiencies.

3.Solution
We designed a complete system with a web dashboard for administrators
and a mobile app for field visitors. The admin panel allows creating
visitadores, stores, and daily routes. The mobile app stores data locally and
syncs automatically when connectivity is available, solving the offline
challenge in remote areas.
