1.The Challenge

Designed and launched 10+ WordPress websites for Publish Legal Ads, a company publishing legal notices in newspapers across the USA, Mexico, Canada, and Latin America. Each site with unique imagery while maintaining conversion-focused contact forms.

The primary conversion element—the quote request form—was not prominently displayed on the original sites. The company needed 10+ separate websites to serve different markets and regions, each with distinct visual branding. Published legal notices required strict accuracy with daily publication lists. The service worked bidirectionally: USA to Argentina and Argentina to USA, requiring clear communication of international capabilities across competitive markets.

2.Research

We analyzed 5 legal notice publishing sites to understand industry standards and user expectations. User research across different countries and legal systems revealed conversion barriers. Form usability testing optimized the contact form placement and submission flow. Content strategy work developed a structure for multiple sites with consistent messaging while allowing market-specific customization.

3.Solution

We developed 10+ WordPress sites with unique visual identities for each market (USA, Mexico, Canada, Latin America). The contact form was optimized and placed prominently above the fold as the primary conversion element. WordPress CMS allows easy content management for daily publication lists, and each site maintains consistent service messaging while featuring distinct imagery.
